General Practitioner (VR GP) – High Earning Potential | Skin Focus | Gold Coast

Are you a VR GP looking for a busy, well-supported clinic with strong earning potential and flexibility? We are currently seeking a General Practitioner to join a high-demand practice located in the Nerang / Gold Coast region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP with an interest in skin cancer medicine and procedures, with an established patient base and significant demand in this area.


The Opportunity

• Flexible engagement – part-time or full-time available
• Immediate start with existing patient demand
• Busy clinic with strong walk-in and appointment-based flow
• Opportunity to build a lucrative skin practice

Billing & Earnings

• 70% of billings
• $200 per hour guarantee
• High earning potential
• Mixed billing model:
  • Bulk billing for standard consults
  • Private billing for procedures (including skin work)

Incentives

• Sign-on bonus available:
  • From $20,000 (2-year commitment)
  • Up to $50,000–$60,000 for longer-term contracts
• Flexible structure with ongoing retention incentives

Requirements

• VR GP (FRACGP / FACRRM or equivalent)
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Interest in skin cancer medicine highly regarded
• This clinic is currently non-DPA, making it best suited to GPs with unrestricted provider numbers
